HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
In the event that you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 044Â 343 1021 line 7. Please keep your invoice number handy. If garments have been incorrectly supplied we will arrange for our couriers to collect and replace the garments. If a product is faulty or damaged please let us know immediately at email@example.com or call 044Â 343 1021 line 7. Please have your invoice number handy. Orders delivered correctly but wish to be returned may be done as long as the goods are in their original condition, with all swingtickets and packaging (only available to unbranded garments). These garments need to be returned to us at the clients cost and will attract a 20% handling/administration fee. Please use our sizing assistance. This will help eliminate sizing returns.
